Who cares I worked a job where I didnt want to fuck one of my managers and co workers so they wanted to punish me. I had some co workers I thought were idiots and rude obnoxious losers and im like no im not quiet im just not interested in getting to know YOU. I love people who think you are obligated to want something to do with them.
They sound immature so happy my ship date is almost here because civilians be on that bullshit.
I think hes immature for his age what grown person cannot respect somebody being different from them without making it an issue? He sounds childish and rude. I worked in food service though a few years ago and it is generally a very loud crazy atmosphere but the fact that I was quiet and soft spoken is why I made so many friends there was because I was a breath of fresh air lol.
The ceo people that came there to help us open the first store in the city told my boss I was to quiet and "soft spoken" and that I would not last. Then the ceo told the boss co worker xy & z would be all stars and a better fit for the job then me. They were all very loud talked about what girl they would bang and football etc typical alpha male bro type BS.
Anyways we started getting 600 customers and hour ish got crazy in the kitchen they were getting stressed and walking out on the job. Hmm who rose to the ocassion and was promoted to shift leader? Hmm that quiet soft spoken kind boy yup yours truly.
Developed a very good relationship with my boss and anytime I had a day off they would blow my phone up begging me to come in becuase it was an unproductive dissaster in my absense. The boss I had told me he was sorry and he was wrong about me. 2 months later those ceos who helped us open returned to visit us. They were in complete shock that everyone they said was an all star threw tantrums and quit and the quiet soft spoken boy who was not fit for the atmposphere was running things lol.
They even apologized to me in my head I was like dumb@$$es lol everyone thinks you have to be some loud alpha male bro to get shit down when usually guys like that are all talk no action so they just "LOOK" productive.
I loved that job so many good freinds I made there to bad it didnt pay much but if it did I would have never left lol.
The point is be you and do you. I showed all of them they were wrong and when I wanted to leave my manager begged me for an hour to not leave but i had a better paying job being offered. I had co workers in the beggining who could not think for themselves as people normally dont and chose not to like me because the ceos did not.
Once I showed all of them wrong and started running things right being the followers they are they chose to like me after the ceos started to like me lol. Then there where those who liked me since the beggening. Most people are petty and ignorant dont change who you are for them just be yourself being anything else would be a lie and lying is exhuasting.
Thats why everytime I start a job and have managers who swear they can asses how productive an employee will be based on these superficial traits im like oh great im working for another ignorant derp time to prove them wrong AGAIN lol exhuasting but funny when you already know how it will play out in your mind.
TLDR= Be you and do you and everything will be fine. Stop worrying so much about how people whos relevance to your life will more than likley be 0 within a year percieve you.
Perception is reality they say but so is ignorance and misimformed judemental people.
