Coworker just came back from a flight to show me this video she took

>White South Africans are socially oppressed, magnitudes more so than Black Americans

>Berbers targeted European captives in their slave trade

>Irish and Italians were considered lesser whites than those of British, Germanic, or Eastern European descent

>Good luck walking through a majority black neighborhood while white. You'll quickly learn that the "microaggressions" and "internal racism" your side raves about is virtually nothing to what you'll find there :)

>"Whites were never systematically oppressed"

And somehow because my great grandfathers (half black :>) went through something, I somehow am involved? No, that's not how it works. You don't inherit your ancestor's stress, you choose to adopt it. I grew up in the hood. My family got a better job and moved out. Boom, no system held me back!

If you genuinely think slaves in Africa (you'd have to clarify where and when, because it was... AND IS STILL... all over the continent by many different groups) were treated fairly at all, even a tad bit better than slaves in America, then proceed to say THAT person needs to educate themselves, then you honestly need psychiatric help.

Imagine needing a reason to hate white people so much that you're willing to say that slavery is okay as long as it isn't by white people... Despite the fact that you're very likely white yourself.
