Well my friends/partner/extended fam are mixed race as well and I can tell you each one's heart beat races a bit when a cop is near. The future won't be trained to hate cops but isn't it unfortunate they need to be trained to watch out for cops & the shit they may pull? I think it is okay to be angry. Idc that you don't support blm to each his own but I guess my rhetorical question is... what do you think ppl are saying when they are wearing a shirt that says blue lives matter? For me, it is the implication of it. Anyways I am out, I promised myself a year ago I wouldn't get into this anymore it is nuanced and I have extreme emotions over these topics specifically because they affect people I love.
