CPS Interview of Child in Inpatient without consent

Again, you assume, and incorrectly. The child is not merely "adhd," but SEVERELY exhibiting such behaviors. Obviously, you may fantasize about any "suspected" contribution you care to, regardless of your lack of corroborating facts. The bottom line is, you are incorrect, and it is documented so. You are speculating, and it is proven incorrect. You are also derailing, and detracting from the subject and specific inquiry of my question. His behaviors DID dictate that he had to be placed there, both the first time, and second time, and supported by his own psychiatrist, whom i'd wager should be more knowledgeable than either you, or I, on the subject. Further, children whom exhibit severe behaviors such as he has, in-front of the psychiatrist, whom made the call for inpatient, are often simply born with ADHD, and there is no evidence, nor any actual contribution by the parent(s) to that sort of diagnosis. Though it can happen, your assumption, again, if just that...an assumption, and one wrong on many levels. Again, I have more than enough medical records, and video evidence, for his total situation, that my concerns are NOT about "guilt," nor about causal factors of his ADHD and OCd exhibitions. Further, his own psychiatrist records, and hospital records, videos, etc., are substantial, and substantiating of the fact he has the issues, and they are not caused by us. Again, my question is about Law, Rights, research, Knowledge, and fact. So, in reply to your "If that's the case..." comment, it isn't your are wrong, and you are detracting from, and derailing my question. Unfortunately, since you are the only one offering comments, however incorrect, and assumptive, I will kill the post here and move on. Thanks...
