That cracking sound..

When i was in high school i took weight training as an elective and was so weak i could only lift the bar. its been years but i think it weighed 15 pounds? i don't remember how much I improved by the end of the year, but I'm pretty sure could lift 50 on each side and a little bit more I'm guessing maybe i could lift around 135 more or less?

I really put in the work one day we were all doing jump boxes grouped up and despite being tired I didn't stop jumping and scraped my legs on the edge of it and kept going. I wasn't really into fitness i just took the class because i wanted to do something else instead of class work and try something different
