I went to a new hairdresser last week. She was an older woman I think in her mid 70s based on the fact that her son is in his 50s (she looked twenty years younger at least) , but when there wasn’t anyone else in the salon she started in with her Fox News talking points. First it was 90 percent of all public schools are filled with illegals and they are causing our schools to be bankrupt. Then it was “I don’t know why there is so much hate towards our President, we should respect him because of his title (yeah I wish I knew how she spoke about Muslim Obama when he was in office) then for her grand finale she whispered in my ear “ and why do black people rip living babies out of their wombs at eight months, THEY ARE BABIES, they are murderers ” I’ve never been so happy to be able to escape a salon in my life. If I wasn’t getting my hair dyed I would have bailed way earlier. I see people like this on TV and read about them but I’ve never really had to spend hours listening to it one on one. It was terrifying.
