This card’s name becomes “Cyber Dragon” while on the field or in the GY. Your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck using “Cyber Dragon” monsters you control as materials. When this card is Special Summoned: You can banish 1 other “Cyber Dragon” from your field or GY, and if you do, Special Summon 1 LIGHT Machine monster from your hand, Deck or GY but negate that monster’s effect. You can only activate each effect of “Cyber Dragon Meister” once per turn. You cannot Link Summon monsters except Machine monsters while this card is on the field.
