I will not include any pirate captain or current Admiral to my crew. Also i will make the division of fighters and suports:

Me: the captain and strongest fighter, i would also want to have the hability to read poneglyphys. I would like to have the pika pika no mi.

Fighters:

1- The vice-captain and my 1st comander=> Aokiji: he is the only hax caracter i will have in my crew (i don't like the ideia to have a too overpowered crew), he would be my strongest crewmate and would help me keep everybody under control. He is also Very usefull in battles in the sea.

2- The doctor and my 2nd comander=> Marco: he is also a Very powerfull and chill guy, would help me and Aokiji to keep Control of the crew. As i also said, he would also have the role of doctor because or his DV hability (even thou is limited for others).

3- The helsman and my 3rd comander=> Jinbei: probably the best helsman in the show so far, the strongest fishman in the world (in a world where half of the battles happen in the Sea). He would add a lot both in power and wisdom.

4- The shipright and fighter=> Rob Lucci: i belive current Lucci is a beast (he wouldn't come back to the show If It weren't the case), and also was the shipright at Galeyla so he is one of the bests in the world. Also assuming he would have the same loyalt to me as he has for the WG, would be a great adition when some dark services must be done.

5- The okama (because i want to have an okama in my crew)=> Ivankov: ok, i know It might seen crazy, but Ivankov can take care of him/herself, and his hability to inject adrenaline on the other fighters during a though battle could mean a whole change of game. He also os Very hand to Deal with poison.

Suporters:

1-4- The quartet that would lead me to world domination=> Lafite, Perona, Viola and Pudding: the trio Lafite (who has already invaded Marie joisy), Perona and Viola working together are the best infiltration team i could thought. The thing is, we Will pass throu several lands with Kings and Queens during our journey, so my ideia is to use this quartet to infiltrate on the royalty quarters while they are at sleep and use Pudding to re-write their minds to see me as their hero/god (whatever), and make the kings secretly work under my orders, there would be a moment that i would already have passed throu so many kingdons that the world would already be at my hands without i even having to find the OP, just by re-writting the kings minds and having them as my subordinates.

5- The scientist=> Ceaser Clown: he's a mad scientist, i can develop several crazy weapons for the crew. With Ivankov hormones help, he could develop some new medicines to bust everybody strengh and habilities. He also can at least defend himself in battle.

That's It, my crew (with ten menbers), that i belive would lead me to the top of the world. (And as i said, without taking too many overpowered caracters)
