People who do not make mods should not judge mods. If a person do not like the mod, or it was not what they looking for, then delete it from the HDD. Too many use those ratings to downvote things for those reasons, also perhaps jealousy, and/or some people simply downvote everything (like they do in Reddit). Roughly 90% of people will never give a mod full marks, even if it deserves it. And those same people will start downvoting mods that has full ratings, just because it has. Go look at modhub for evidence of this. To be objective is not in human nature. Therefore ratings are completely useless and without value. Instead use a simple question system: Does the mod have errors/issues? Yes/ No. Does the mod do as advertised? Yes/No.
