I created a Facebook shitstorm by asking a simple dog related question...

I realise more and more that indeed, barking is seen as a "natural" sound by most people...

Yep... apparently it's a privilege to live in a quiet neighborhood. People can't seem to civilize themselves and keep their mutts quiet as well.

In general, "security" is brought up over and over even though a) it is a very peaceful and safe place, b) the dogs are barking at the same people every day, the neighbour's kids, the guy who brings the water, etc, and c) how in the hell would you even distinguish between a real threat or your dog just wanting to rip the old lady passing by to pieces... It's disgusting.

Why do you think cartels exist? They make boogeymen out of nothing. Many innocent people get killed because of people who do nothing all day but pretend like there are threats around them. Using dogs as security is a huge cope.

"Stop whining, we have been here for 20+ years and we love it!".

There's obviously something else these retirees are doing there. That reason is the excuse they use to get offended by questions.
