I'm not gonna excuse this creepy fuck, he's crazy. But I got to admit, as a man, if women wear revealing clothing/show lot of cleavage, it's hard to not look as a man. It's not like we're gonna creep out and constantly stare, but you do know if you purposely wear revealing clothes you are inviting a peek here and there. It's a natural biological reaction. I bet if pretty muscular men wear very little and revealing clothing you women will definitely give a look. My advice is, don't wear revealing clothing if you want to stop the random men peeking. Again and again, this does not mean I excuse creepy fuckers who go way to far like in this story.
