There used to be a mental health hospital in Tewksbury that was pretty wild at night but I'm pretty sure it was demod. Theres some private property in Andover thats kinda creepy but more so interesting with an oldschool gas station/church/houses etc and its all maintained really well but no one lives there.

The road is listed as "unknown" but heres a streetview and an aerial the area. I remember reading that an older woman had bought the property so her children could all live in their own private mini town but all of her children elected to stay in Florida or something so the property is rarely if at all in use. They do have a security detail but I've driven/walked through hundreds of times with no issue.
