Creepy Stranger Persists Trying to Get Jinny in His Car

I get how everyone has been hit by the JCS bug and become world leading crime investigators but please, you can be interested in crime if you want, but please look at the statistics of how likely (or rather unlikely) crimes really are.

The comment gives me a weird impression. Okay someone got murdered once. What is your point? Is that what would happen to her if she got in the car or what are you saying?

I saw the same kinds of (presumably) JCS fan comments in that thread about the streamer's daughter missing. People talking about how it is really worrying and that something bad could happen and that this doesn't sound good. If you actually had any knowledge of these types of situations it is extremely likely that a teenager gone missing is just a teenager gone missing on her/his own will unless there are signs telling otherwise (like being missing while every pair of their shoes are still at home as an example). Now I completely get the fear of something bad happening and I think it's completely valid if you're related to the actual situation. But it just kinda irks me the wrong way for people to be saying that type of stuff.

It feels like every new JCS fan is on the "Easy! I got this." part and I'm hoping that enough people start moving to the right of the graph soon. You'd have to actually study or work with crimes to be at the far right of the graph but I wish more poeple would find their way to the middle.

Yes I have no life for posting a multi paragraph comment on LSF. Yes I probably spoke in generalities and every part of my comment doesn't apply to every person. But am I alone in feeling that the comments and discussions about crimes are getting kinda weird with JCS going viral or does anyone agree with me?
