Criminal psychopath, the kind you watch on Netflix because "its interesting" AMA

Okay ty for the patience for answering these questions. I know if somebody asked them to me I'd possibily be reallllly annnoyed.

If you're stubborn clearly you're self aware. The majority of actions we take are because we're convinced it's going to make us feel better. Putting boundaries up seems to provide a better feeling so then that means it's time for self debate an a chance to do the counter-intuitive thing. There are psychologists with years of experience and some who even specialize in personality disorders.

To love someonis to be willing to take on the needs of others because they make you feel good an seeing them happy makes you feel good. To love something is to take it apart of yourself. The opposite would be fear because that makes you push people away. The the thing that would block the heart is pain, the pain needs to come out, maybe then re-contextualization or forgiveness or letting go of things will happen. Wish you all the best.
