Yesterday I accidentally responded to the entire class when I got a Zoom DM. The person who DM’d me was asking what I thought of another professor, not the one teaching. My response was a respectful criticism, “loved her for crimpro, but you’re 100% right she doesn’t do a good enough job to address the straight up racism in the criminal justice system. Also, idk if you have read her publications, but her papers on sex crimes are cringey” but my typos were terrible (didn’t even bother to try to recreate them), because I was doing 3 things at once. I’m not super embarrassed, but it’s a huge class and I am sure someone probably screenshot it.
