Of course the reason for this inconsistency is that it’s a bullshit argument. White Nationalists like to pretend that they’re being systematically shamed for being white or driven to extinction by races intermarrying and having children (which is possible because we are all the same species, capable of basically the same intelligence and athletic ability with lower performance in one skin tone or another being more telling of discrimination and situations outside of an individuals control than innate ability).

My family are all white, all Christian, and we’re also fairly proud of our heritage, we go to Celtic festivals all the time. We aren’t shamed for this as neo-nazis would have you believe because we don’t celebrate shitty things our ancestors did that happened just a few generations ago. They like to conflate race and culture, or try to make things like the Confederate states into deeply important cultural icons so they can make themselves seem pitiful or oppressed.
