If you think people aren't using Salesforce for this, you are mistaken.

That aside, this has the red flag of "platform-itis": The silver bullet that will solve all aspects of B2B interaction. Scratching your own itch is perfectly fine, but realize that people you will sell to already have existing systems, and the reason they "hack together OK solutions" is because they don't want to throw it all away and start from scratch, trusting a new B2B startup with the keys to the castle.

I would focus more on specific gaps and how you can bridge them. What is the #1 thing missing from your current workflow?
