Critique My Routine

My biggest critique is that I think the volume and frequency is really unevenly spread. Arms are being directly trained three days a week with an additional arms specific day. This is simply way too much volume and frequency, if you are incorporating the big heavy compound movements I see no point in having any more than two direct arm isolation movements at most two times a week.

I also believe that the volume and frequency of upper body to lower body if very upper orientated too and with almost double the amount of exercises on upper body days plus and extra day altogether for upper body. I think the volume and frequency of upper body days needs to be lowered to match the more appropriate lower body days.

My third would be that it really stops becoming a hypertrophy day when a 5/3/1 movement is involved as it is basically a power day with accessory work. While I like the idea of incorporating different methods into my own training it still needs to done with a specific goal in mind and if strength is your goal then maybe consider following a more strength orientated routine or if you want to also look jacked in the process jump on jacked and tan for example.

My fourth would be there is just a lot going on and as a coach myself I look at this and feel it is not a sustainable routine for most with the 6 days of working out and double workouts, more to the point I dont even think it is necessary.

In my opinion if you want a much more balanced routine check out OGUS PHAT by Matt Ogus, perfectly balanced and in a similar vein to your routine.
