Cross training on top of Orange Theory?

Me too! I used to train professionally in classical ballet (was forced to stop due to a myriad of reasons), and after having done OTF for roughly a year, I no longer feel challenged while still ending up with as many splats as you.

Obviously, we are not quite in the same boat, as you are still an active dancer, and I’m well... not. I am currently considering adding CrossFit, or at least some form of weightlifting/training in the very near future. OTF’s weights are very limited, since they are more cardio-based, as you know, so maybe the added difficulty of weights and less cardio (outside of the dance studio) may greatly benefit overall strength?
