Well, INTP what can I say. Trust me INTP is one of the most ignorant type towards own feelings, even if he likes you (who knows) or has a crush on you (who knows) he will most likely never show it. You can go to the INTP subreddit and they would tell you a similar thing. So he might observe you or talk to you but stay in tune with the ignorant attitude towards own feelings so I don’t know, he gotta have huge balls to get out of the overthinking cycle and start developing relationships with you but that only works in case if he likes you, too because it’s probably hard to read if INTP does or not, he himself might ignore own preferences. What can I advice? Well you might fail with expectations but if you won’t try it is quite likely he won’t show much. Thus, pick the best time (when there are no other people around or not much of them) and just start with small things, small steps.
