Honestly Shahz isn't the problem in-game, perhaps he may be an internal issue at this point. Gade showed a lot of promise at the start of the season, however has fell off in play since. I'm sure something will get figured out, but I think mainly they need some confidence back. Losing out of 2 qualifiers which they should have won would be a blow to confidence and loss of trust within their system they are building. I think leadership is an issue, Stan isn't vocal and neither is Chet. Perhaps thats why the Friberg team showed better results because he had a strong personality and leadership qualities, not saying he is a better IGL because he wasn't even an average one but you gotta show you have confidence in your calls, system and in yourself for others to believe in it.
