In immediate times if somebody does not show and hey call us to say they didn’t show for XXX reason we do not report it. If they never call us again we note that once the job is filled or closed out.

Your situation is different then what I am saying. If I have a job or interview that you have confirmed with me that you can make and you go completely silent and miss it then we note it once the job is closed out or filled. This is not a very common occurrence, but it happens. You can call it whatever you want but it’s not something I hold on to or care about. My clients and candidates call me seeking help and I do just that. I believe you may be misunderstanding the situation.
