He’s interpreting things in a controlling context. Like ya it says get your husbands permission, but in this day and age which husband wouldn’t be alright with going out with a friend? If it was a normal relationship, whether muslim or not, it’s about knowing where and what your partners up to and being okay with them having a life.

And no I don’t think he has to punish her if she refuses sex, there’s a hadith where it’s not right to deny your husband OR wife sex without a valid excuse bc that is a persons right in a relationship. But a normal person would either be down for stuff w their partner or accept that theyre not in the mood.

The collarbone, I mean according to Islam that should be covered. And makeup yeah like don’t go overboard with the makeup. Just my opinion.
