This whole situation infuriates me in a way the culture war hasn't in a long time. Financial services are supposed to be content agnostic, within the bounds of legality. It should be a matter of professional pride that they are strenuously indifferent and apolitical, yet not even the Gordon Gekkos of the modern world can escape the woke machine. No bank, or online payment service, or credit card company should be able to tell anyone no because "ew, naughty politics".
