Current breakdown of who's having fun in standard

So here's the question then: what do those decks do without Agent?

Lukka probably cheats End-raze Forerunners into play. That's still very strong, but at least it requires more board setup to make use of it instead of just a single 0/4 wall token. There's a tokens deck running around that can already do this reasonably well, but at least it doesn't fit into every Yorion shell.

Speaking of Yorion, what does it blink? ECD and other enchantments are still strong, of course, so Yorion would still be good. Exiling a thing is less brutal than stealing it, though, in most cases, particularly since they can't go after your lands if they ramp into Agent by turn 4 or 5.

And Winota? The card might actually be interesting and cool if it's not stealing all your lands on turn 4. The best thing Winota cheats in at that point is certainly Kenrith, which is strong, but he doesn't immediately lock you out of the game like multiple Agents do.

Would Yorion still be a problem? Probably, companion is a dumb mechanic. Would Lukka still be a problem? Maybe, but there might be more options to deal with it. Would Winota still be a problem? Not nearly as much.
