Current meta - high elo conquest ranked

How I'd balance things...I'm too tired to explain the reasoning right now. Competent players will understand. If not, leave a question or comment.

  • Drop max crit chance to 50% (100% is possible currently)
  • Change crit modifier to 150% (currently 200% or +100%)
  • Remove passive from Rage or drop the crit chance to 25% and make the passive stack in increments of 5. (Allows it to function as sole crit item while not overcapping crit chance)
  • Drop Executioner's reduction and % from 6/8% to 3/4% OR increase the price to 2700g
  • Reduce the price of Qin Sais to 2650
  • Drop atk speed gain from Ninja Tabi to 10%
  • Add 150 mana to Bluestone Pendant and remove the passive
  • Make Heartseeker lose ALL stacks upon death, but increase the stacks per god-kill to 5 to match other stacking items
  • Remove physical power gain and steal from Ichaival.
  • Drop the price of Devo Gloves to 1840g. Make them 80 stacks that give them a max of 50 power and 20% lifesteal.
  • Reduce the attack speed of Asi to 20%
  • Increase base health and protections of all guardians by 10%
  • Increase CC length of all guardians by 25% at max rank
  • Lower base damage of all guardians by 60

I think these changes would put hunters and guardians in line with other classes.

  • Physicals could still crit for 500-600 against squishy targets, but take longer to come online, are no longer guaranteed crits (well kinda cuz RNG too stronk), and won't have the attack speed and shred needed to box a tank/beefy warrior.
  • Guardians no longer get ripped to pieces by physicals unless ganged up on and they have CC that lasts a tad longer at max rank, but they do significantly less damage.

Example of Athena before and after proposed changes:

Currently:

  • Preemptive strike does 80/130/180/230/280 + 50% + 25% slow
  • Confound lasts 1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.0s
  • Shield Wall does 140/245/350/455/560 + 100% (both strikes)
  • Defender of Olympus does 750 + 90%
  • Level 20 health is 2500
  • Level 20 Phys. Def. is 84
  • Level 20 Magical Def. 48

After changes:

  • Preemptive strike would do 40/65/90/115/140 + 50% + 30% slow
  • Confound would last 1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.5s
  • Shield Wall would do 70/125/175/230/280 + 100% (both strikes)
  • Defender of Olympus would do 375 + 90%
  • Level 20 health would increase to 2750
  • Level 20 Phys. Def. would increase to 92
  • Level 20 Magical Def. would increase to 53

Not a huge buff, but enough to make "the tank" feel like the tank.
