Current mortgage rates?

A lot of my customers have been burned by rates they see in Zillow. They see different rates there than what is shown on an eventual LE. I also know that while there are no doubt some high quality lenders on Zillow, a lot of them are churn/burn lenders that have made their living from the refinance market and aren't necessarily great options for a purchase where having a LOCAL loan officer who knows the area is often important. If this doesn't apply to you personally, don't worry about it. There's no need to get so defensive and launch personal attacks, though I can see from your profile that you use Zillow and reddit for generating leads. You even link to your Zillow site - I wasn't aware that we could do that (I thought we could just list our NMLS number, which I think is good).
