Currently practicing full-time California attorney (and previous plaintiff's employment law attorney) weighs in on the DFEH v. Blizzard lawsuit.

Accuse and punish first is the way things are done now. I'm not saying I think anything that's been alleged is untrue, or even that it is true. But cancel culture is put of control in our society, and it should be stopped. Our justice system clearly states INNOCENT until proven GUILTY. But that's not how our society does things anymore immediately you're guilty for anything you're accused of, we instantly assume all accusers are victims and side with them. As an example... Quinton Flynn being immediately fired and all his voice acting being removed from the game after being falsely accused of sexual misconduct by a stalker! Blizzard immediately assumed he did these things because that's just how it's done now. It really upsets me!

Again I am not saying that anything that's been alleged isn't true. But Blizzard deserves their day in court!
