Listen I'm not sure about this kinda thing and it could be a coincidence but one time I was with friends (who are all believers) and there was a poster in the room that depicted some kind of ancient god that was melting people and babies and eating bodies, there was a lot of creepy stuff going on in there and we didn't get rid of it upon being recently born again. Anyway the dog locked eyes with the poster and started freaking out and wouldn't stop barking at the thing until we ripped it into pieces and he took those pieces outside and buried some and hid some other places in the bushes. He seemed genuinely upset by the artwork. I was very unsure about the whole thing because there isn't scripture relating to this issue.
