Customer Questions Megathread March 2020 **READ BEFORE POSTING**

I preordered Nioh 2 literally the third before it came out. I payed the extra $15 to get same day, as I should no matter what. So... I see the $93 get taken out my account, and when I checked on status (before game comes out) it says card declined, even though I LITERALLY see the 93 getting taken out my account. So I called rep, and on THEIR side they see it being successful, yet on my side it’s not even like that. Can GameStop fix that issue? That’s not the problem. Game comes out, in NO WAY was my game coming then, instead, it’s coming MONDAY. So when I realized that, I called rep up, and yada yada yada, stupid rep told me “Well, the reason why it’s coming Monday is because when you put in your order, out of all people who bought this game’s edition, you had to bite the end of the stick cause you didn’t order the second it came out” (not what she said but I’m infuriated that what she said basically me ordering “late” validates me getting my game early) and it’s no way possible you should assume that when that’s not how orders should go. I payed the extra money to get a game launch day; if I couldn’t get it then, why was the option available? All a man wants to do is enjoy a video game and it’s incentives it has. This is my first preorder of a special edition game and probably my last because now I have to wait until Tuesday (Just updated) before I can play the game I put money down on since the 3rd. So I don’t understand; did I do something wrong or am I just whining way too much? I was planning on playing this game the day I get off work Friday, and having a day off Saturday, and just play it all day. Now I’m working back to back until Friday, and my weekend is a mess. My birthday is on the 20th, and was hoping I could possibly finish a lot of stuff that day before I can hang out with my girlfriend, and now it’s just a mess. A man can’t enjoy his video game he pays with his hard earned money? This is me just venting my frustration on probably an app nobody would see this on, but it’s been a long week, and I’m tired of GameStop at this point. Been buying games since I was a little child, and enjoyed their service, but ordering online; I didn’t think it’d be this much of a hassle.
