Customer wants 130% refund for their return

Ok I get what you’re saying here but you’re also not helping the situation by throwing out additional percentages and not being clear in communication. It wasn’t until one of the last messages that you clarified if you keep you get 30% back and if you return you get 100% back.

Then you’re throwing out the number 40% at the end to a person who is already still very confused. That’s just not happening.

Also you need to distinguish between a rebate and a refund. If you keep the jacket we’ll send you a 30% rebate on your purchase or if you wish to return it we’ll refund 100% the purchase price.

Overall I think this is not so much entitlement as it is a communication breakdown. I mean why are you throwing in the 40% number at the end?? They’re already clearly confused to the terms. I think I kinda side with the buyer here. I didn’t see them demand 130%. I think they just got confused by how you were explaining it.
