Yeah so basically , just take a T-break ( tree break ). It’s a common thing in most “ stoners “ vocabulary. At some point , generally a few times a year. Maybe a few times a month depending on who you are. Don’t smoke for a few weeks , maybe 2 weeks at the least.

You have to connect with reality again. It’s so easy to keep getting high and stay in your bubble. And that’s okay sometimes. But not without self reflection and a clear mind when it’s needed. And you clearly notice it’s affecting you negatively so , you’re taking the first step well !

T-breaks are especially useful because you get to clear your mind, you’ll start to notice the negative ways weed was affecting you. And you’ll also get much more vivid dreams. The next time you smoke , you will get much higher than you are currently getting. You’d probably find yourself only being able to smoke 2 joints before you’re way higher than you usually would be.

This way you don’t have to cut your friends off , you don’t have to give up weed , you’re just being an adult who enjoys recreation. But if you’re an adult who enjoys recreation with no threshold or limit and without breaks to clear your mind .... well. Ya. that’s not good. That’s how you become the stereotype we all hate.
