Academic achievements - good grades, good test scores, dean's list, whatever else

Jobs - scribe while going to school, EMT, and so on

ECs - someone here got 25,000 followers on some social media app, another won some publishing contract, some have tons of volunteer hours, etc

Misc - save 8 kittens from drowning...
