Title: Looking Back, Forever. Author: obscurenutsack

In hindsight, I never really knew how much time my loved ones had. Brad, my father was a labourer at a steel mill when tragedy struck. An overheard crane was malfunctioning the day of his demise. A 20- ton vat of molten metal fell 4 stories onto him at his work station. I worked security at the same mill on night shift. The night before I had tampered with a load sensor on the crane. It was a deliberate act that I thought would give my father and other employees on the floor a well needed break from their hellish workplace. Brad wasn't supposed to be at work that day. He offered to work overtime the day of the accident. Our family had very little money to rub together after funeral costs crippled our finances from the loss of my older sister Janie, who lost her life in a car fire. The circumstances surrounding her death revolve around me slipping pain medication in her drink the morning of the accident. I was prescribed hydro morphine to relieve back pain. I didn't like my sister bullying me to the point of crying but I had no choice but to slip them into her drink. I've been doing that for the past couple weeks and she hasn't been that selfish or all that irritating, my plan was working. She was late for work and made a bad mistake by running a red light, the report said she past out at the wheel. She was t-boned on the back quarter panel drivers side. They couldn't open the doors quick enough. The fire spread fast. The reason, I used 2 full bottles of lighter fluid that I poured on the seats of the vehicle.

I am now on the lame. I'm holed up in a garden shed at my grandmothers. I don't have her keys but I will be entering when I see her leave to attend my sisters funeral.

End of story.

Edit: this story is a fabrication.
