Cyberpunk 2077 -- Life Choices Trailer

Remember Witcher 3 released in a pretty average condition so go into this with your expectations low

Did it?

I didn't have that experience myself, I didn't know this.

I get the whole objectivity angle here and appreciate what you're saying though.

At the end of the day there will be a 'standard' that exists out there at any current time. They do shift as the industry moves and one great developer / studio today can be shit tomorrow (bethesda is a great example here).

I'm just saying that the standards that CDPR present today are arguably one of the best industry standard models at the current time and that deserves recognition and praise.

Does that mean CDPR are perfect and there's no room for improvement? Of course not.

All I'm saying is that it represents the best in market at the present time and celebrating the fact isn't a bad thing.

I've also had my hopes dashed in this current market too many times and I share the jaded / cynical view of the current environment. But I do also recognise and appreciate those that do strive to hold to the highest standards.

CDPR currently represents that model and I don't feel bad for celebrating that fact, even if it comes across fanboyish.

But I assure you, if CDPR do fuck up... I'll be the first to bring out the public whacky stick to let my feeling be known too :)
