Is Cyberpunk 2077 worth getting now?

I was looking forward to the faction gameplay, they said we could do missions for the various gangs and gain reputation with their specific Fixers etc - none of that made it into the game at all. It's a linear experience with no actual player choices throughout and I actually think characters look dated; and both combat AI and the city simulation is awful.

Also take notice that there are no patrolling police, no ambulances no anything, in a huge city that is supposed to be full of crime. No fire trucks come to put out the fires of many exploding cars. I think GTA 1 and 2 had that, before the games went 3D. There is no city simulation that provides you with random moments and even the old GTAs had cities with a more lifelike presentation than this.

Clones are super easy to spot walking around because of the extravagant clothing they wear. A golden jacket for example, it's something you remember as special.

Driving is terrible both in third and first person, it feels clunky and the game doesn't feel made for it at all.
