[D] Let's start 2021 by confessing to which famous papers/concepts we just cannot understand.

In linear algebra, tensors are objects that explain the relationship between vectors. A Matrix is a tensor that explains the relationship between M and N vectors. But they're much deeper than that. I think "tensors' that we have in machine learning are a much more simplified version of the concept. Because tensors in lin alg come with equations and properties and the such. I don't wanna confuse you because I myself passed lin alg sans flying colors both in lower and upper education. I really gotta make more efforts in understanding lin alg, perhaps by making a Rust crate? I mean, there's a gazzillion Rust lin alg crates, I can make one as well :D
