I’d love to know if seed banks or breeders are ever going to do a subscription service for seeds. You can get a small pack of 3-5 seeds for $50 from a different breeder or 8-10 seeds for $100 from 1 breeder/ 2 breeders splitting the seeds in half. Who thinks this a great idea? Is anyone doing this?

Ok, so theres actually one other subscription service of sorts that I know of that is completely opposite of the ethos approach.

The system behind Bodhi testing is an annual mailing list where you receive a comprehensive list of every new and untested pollenation that bodhi produced from the last year, sorted by males; it's usually 100+ different crosses. You respond with a group of 5 picks from the list. They then mail you one of those five packs with the stipulation that atleast half of it hits water immediately and you then ultimately email back a sort of "worksheet" that outlines the growth cycle and finished smoke. After you complete a grow, youre on the list for the next cycle and you have the option of picking two groups of five, if you have the space to accommodate.

All of that is free because they understand as a company that personally devoting months of time, effort, and resources into a pack of seeds is payment enough when there's the mutual understanding that they may be sending you an entirely unstable mess with no redeeming attributes.
