Most people. No, I genuinely don't care. If someone you found attractive came on to you and wanted to swap spit, you'd probably be cool with it. But everyone else is just this walking receptacle of disgusting germs? People seem to think germs only exist on the floor and in people's mouths. Ignoring the fact that they are literally everywhere.

People are way too conditioned to selectively fear germs these days. Oddly enough they tend to be the ones who get sick the most or have the weakest stomachs. They are genuinely conditioning themselves to be weaker.

There's so many unknown variables that go on in our daily lives. We eat things not knowing where they came from. We touch things other people have touched. We eat, breathe and sleep with germs 24/7, and a little saliva isn't going to kill you.
