Gonna be honest I watched the other video a while ago and don't remember everything that was said. I also didn't know there was a second one. What I do remember is her being mad about him not bringing food for the other kids. Still unbelievably shitty but I couldn't remove a kid on that alone.

If the dad is trying to give food to the kid the mother can still refuse. That itself isn't neglect or abuse. If she is really knowingly and intentionally depriving them of food consistently, like she won't let them eat and won't go buy food for them, then that would be neglect. If she refuses food from this guy but is still feeding them then it's not.
