Daddy has left Planetside...

The zig-zag could be Daddy trying to move the cursor back to his first target, because the aimbot is trying to move to another target.

Whatafruitything is correct, some aimbots work like that, it will align vertically or horisontally and then track. If you are using mouse, you rarely move in perfect straight lines, but aimbot will always do that but you can adjust the speed of the cursor (soft aim).

I have seen others post videos where the aimbot would also jump from target to target. It could be someone who just entered a doorframe close to the guy getting shot at and the cursor would instantly lock on to the other guys head. A very slight short movement that you would not notice unless you know what to look for.

Multiple targets are the hardest for an aimbot to deal with, here you can set you aimbot to different settings: nearest target, closest to cursor or even set it to aim for specific named players. Sometimes it will jump back and forth between targets because they are moving and the distance change and the aimbot is switching targets.

If you are using aimbot, you are better off using in area with few players, then you minimize the aimbot getting confused.

Lastly, you would probably argue that it's not consistent. No, because smart players toggle. They have aimbot bound to a key and only activate it randomly. They play normally, but every once in a while they activate the aimbot, it's also a more enjoyable playstyle, since using aimbot 100% get's boring really fast, you still want to play like a FPS, but you want 50% extra kills.
