DAE get bad dreams/nightmares when sleeping on their back?

Nobody really knows exactly what is going on with our dreams as far as I know science has been trying to understand it for probably decades now without a full understanding of the processes or more importantly the meaning. Depending upon each of ours variables we have either good dreams or not so good ones. If you're having a noticeable increase in negative dreams from sleeping on your back the obvious and very non-scientific thing would be to tell you not to sleep on your back, but that wouldn't be helpful. If you have any way to maybe participate in a sleep study there could be factors such as your oxygen levels dropping due to apena. For clarity I'm just a truck driver and I've been dealing with bad dreams and terrible sleep for years. That being said I don't have any insight to the issue just my thoughts. Best advice is to speak with a Healthcare professional. Unless you're in the United States like me which would mean you can't afford it.
