DAE feel much younger mentally than they actually are?

do you feel like you're a teenager and every other adult is actually an adult and they all have authority over you due to you being a child and them being an adult?

I hate when I mention that I feel like I'm younger than I am because people say "oh everyone does, that's totally normal!" but I've never explained it like I just did above and I feel like the second part is what sets it apart from the "normal" feeling of feeling like you're in your 20s when you're 50. but I have no idea, this is just a guess because I really doubt everyone feels like a small child just like us all the time. it seriously interferes with my life and I don't think that's normal.

actually when I was on residential I mentioned it and the therapist said it is very common in childhood abuse survivors to feel like children or teenagers when they are adults. so yeah, feeling young is normal but feeling young to this extent and in this way is not.
