DAE haven't had any negative experiences with black people?

In my experience, I've had little to no problems with white people. The curry jokes were there for a bit, and a few other stereotypes, but with guys that's just how we interact. I made just as many jokes about them as they have I, and the ability to take a joke and not be offended has established friendships with white people. I haven't got along nearly aswell with black people. They make a lot of muslim jokes, even though i'm a turbanless Sikh, they blatantly accuse me of supporting ISIS and say really rude and ignorant things with no intention of it being a joke. They also didn't take well to any jokes poking fun at them, and were very hypocritical at times. I can see maybe their humor is different as they're city kids, (my school was divided into half suburb/half city.) but I found that we held no similar interests. I found I had the same experience most of the time with Hispanic kids aswell, althought they are much more exclusive when it comes to other peoples anyways. I'd say it's much less racism but the lack of shared interests that made me get along worse with black people vs. white people. There were good and bad on both sides, but at the end asians and white people were much easier to get along with.

On a side note: anyone else not really get along with Desis? I'm Punjabi and all the other desi kids in my school acted very ghetto, there were only two I could get along with.
