Alright guys, after many trials and errors I've eventually found that anything above 175 mg of test gives me absurd levels of water retention that are not mediated by estrogen, but rather aldosterone. I've found that I need to avoid salt much more than I previously have, but I also wonder what role stimulants play in this. Stimulants, like nicotine and caffeine (which I use), are known to be diuretic, but something in the litterature tends to point to the fact that habitual use seems to have the opposite effect, actually increasing water retention. Does anyone with more insight than me know whether this holds true or not? Aside from that, any general tips on how to reduce aldosterone/bloating in my case?
