So, I have my nurses appt next Friday where we'll schedule a dating US and midwife appt, but I am so anxious. I was anxious about another baby, and now I am anxious about loss! Crazy. My first time around, I took a test because my boobs were sore and huge, this time, I took a test because my runs had been tougher (lower oxygen level) and my back and head were killing me. My back is better lately and no headaches, other than random waves of nausea (I was nauseous for 14 weeks my FT around but never sick), I wouldnt know I was pregnant. I know symptoms come and go, and 4-5 weeks is still super early, but man even the second time around I am so nervous and overthinking EVERYTHING until that US (and hopefully heart beat, we lost our first baby and found out at the dating US, so it's a tough moment for me).

Any other mama's breastfeeding when they found out they were pregnant again? I dont have sore or swollen boobs, but I am curious if it's because of still BF'ing twice a day. I usually always had sore boobs post O regardless and havent since my cycles returned.
