DAILY COVID-19 MEGATHREAD - April 03, 2020

I’m almost certain I had the smallest possible case of COVID-19 about a month and a half ago.

I had a horrible cold, I had a sore throat for a few days. Following that, the build up of pressure inside my eyes and head was so immense. That’s pretty normal for me with a regular cold, however I generally go through 4-6 boxes of tissues when I have a cold every time like clockwork. I never needed to blow my nose. My throat felt so dry and I ended up having a couple dry coughing fits. One was so bad it lasted about 20 minutes and I had to leave my job and go to the Bodega next door for more cough drops, they barely helped. I went through 10 of those little Ludens boxes.

I didn’t get a single person I personally know sick though. I live alone, I always use hand sanitizer after I sneeze, cough or blow my nose. It’s just common decency to me.

I’d really like to be tested for the antibodies when it’s more widely available.
