Denmark's national team is doing super well. And I think all the things you are saying about Sweden also apply to Denmark. And they don't have any players with the Zlatan's personality and characteristics.

I don't think being demonstrative, and having bad body language is at all conducive to winning. If anything it can be shit for team chemistry. No doubt Zlatan is Sweden's best player but does him "gesticulating during games and being very demanding" help them in anyway.

The Danish national team in contrast has a bunch of players who put their heads down, play hard, within their roles, and have done incredibly well (especially with respect to their population)
