Daily Discussion 2 June 2020

I posted a thread about this a few days ago, but it was removed by the mods who suggested posting here! I'm a newbie to this sub but am really enjoying it.

I went from 131 to 136lbs in two weeks and feel like I'm going insane as this hasn't happened to me before even when I was fit years ago! Every day the number has gone up and I know this isn't realistic. I recently got into fitness again (after 1+ years off) since the lockdown began and started using small weights in some sessions, rather than 100% cardio classes. My measurements have gone down but the scale number is odd. I know the scale isn't the be-all-end-all, but it's easy to get knocked off by a marked increase.

Has anyone experienced such weight gain? I think it's water weight but how long does it take to go down?
