Daily Discussion 26 January 2018

I need to ramble:
1. I reached up to grab a clip from the power rack and it fell loose down onto my face. 2. Can't stop thinking about my ex. Been 5.5 months since the breakup. No contact since 3 months ago. I miss him in my life. It only makes sense for him to contact me first and I don't think it will happen.
3. Took off my shoes for squats for the first time and they felt great for once. It still feels like such a hard exercise for me. I'm working with about 70lbs 3x8 and while I feel like I can definitely push out more reps and maybe more weight, I just don't feel solid enough with my form yet. 4. Forgot to lint roll my all black outfit today and I look like I'm wearing my cat. 5. I'm eating too much for the first time since the new year. Not enough water, not enough protein, period, and indulging for my birthday a few days ago are the culprits.
